Joe Viglione says this... Joe Viglione says that... he rants & rants &. But Joe Viglione says new. Still this man (?) expects things to be "done" about TV3 Medford.
Absolutely none of his delusionally imagined wrong-doings by TV3 have occurred in reality. He has gotten nowhere with ; yet he expects the mere repeating and refiling of all these to yield different results than they have yielded to date. This is the definition of . I therefore am forced to conclude that this man is !!!
He rants about self-appointed presidents when in truth, these presidents have been elected by their board of directors as is the legally prescribed way to elect such presidents. He claims that the community should vote for this president when in fact this is not and has never been the way the president of any board has ever been elected.
His own "beloved" Public Access station in Winchester does not have the community elect its board of directors or its president; yet Mr Viglione makes no mention at all of this fact. Nor does he point out all the other things the Winchester Board of directors does (and does not) do that he finds fault with Medford's board either doing or not doing. Again, I can find no other explanation for Mr Viglione's odd beliefs other than !
We understand that all of Joe's past victims are being contacted and have begun to unite against him as one body to with this insane man's against human decency! All are confident that he will be of all the that he has been engaging in. Blogs are popping up like mushrooms, revealing all the of this piece of gutter slime, with a .
It is our belief that the reason the court of late has refused to dismiss his cases is that they look forward with great anticipation to having him follow through with his so that the full weight of can be brought to bear against him, resulting in the with the being served out to Mr Viglione for his to other human beings.
Joe, the time of your reckoning is at hand; you must answer to the Almighty for ! And they are many, many indeed! Visual Radio host Viglione to come back to TV3 Medford!
Joseph Viglione talked to the City Council in January & February of 2011.
He said TV 3 isn't the same without him. (he's right - it's better!) He demands to be put in control of the station and run it his way "or the highway".
"I will ruin TV 3 Medford's reputation at all costs for taking my show off; even to the point of their guests!" is what surely runs through the mind of this individual with a soul and an even more personality. The cable tv program "Visual Radio" is produced by this man with no regard for the" little people" of public access or the children and senior citizens of Medford. All this "producer" cares about is pumping up his own ego with a combination of today's movers and shakers (who will speak to anyone with a camera while out on their publicity junkets) and (more often than not) some who will readily appear on the show in an attempt to re-ignite their

Classless Joseph Viglione Senior Citizen to harrass T V 3
It's absolutely true! During Mr. Fiorello's last year of life (his FINAL days on Earth), Joesph Viglione announced to the Board of Directors of TV3 Medford his intentions to willfully and deliberately defy the ban on both himself and Mr Fiorello, by crashing a TV3 meeting to demand membership and bring Pat Fiorello along with him to videotape the proceedings. This was when Pat Fiorello had an active "Stay away, no contact" order issued to him by the Somerville court; an order that forbade him from entering TV3. The Medford police were notified of this threat and were stationed at 5 High St during this meeting. Then like the coward he is, Joe Vig ("Little Joey") sent Pat Fiorello down to TV3 alone and unprotected into the arms of the waiting police while Joe hid somewhere in the distance of Medford Square, not daring to show his face in the wake of this , cowardly deed. Fortunately the savvy Medford police, aware of this dastardly trickery, merely escorted the confused (where was his "friend" Joseph Viglione?) old gentleman back outside without arresting him.
This is the hostility Joe Viglione exacts on the residents of Medford to fuel his delusions.
So when you hear that a special needs person was sexually harassed by Medford producer - sent to ask women a provocative question at Stop & Shop Medford or called "gay", rest assured that it is Mr Joseph Viglione who is the actual culprit behind these stories. This is not to imply that these incidents actually took place in reality - for they did . But what did happen is that through , retellings with changed words, promises of "rewards" for "a job well done" and other type techniques, Joseph Viglione convinced this naive special needs individual that these incidents actually ocurred! And now, as is our understanding, Mr Viglione is attempting to keep this special needs person from contacting his own sister, who allegedly deals with the Somerville courthouse on a regular basis, so that she will be unable to expose Joe Viglione's libellous, inhuman behavior to her poor duped, misguided brother. How ! This man - Mr Joseph Viglione - has no conscience whatsoever!
Above we have seen examples of how he mistreats senior citizens and special needs persons, but his list of does not end there - far from it! He also shows signs of prejudice, bigotry and RACIAL HATRED, calling an African-American member of TV3 illiterate and denouncing his different-from-Mr-Viglione's religion. Mr Viglione denies this individual his Constitutional Right of Freedom to Worship by harrassing him for his church's teaching that 's lifestyle .
So everyone please remember this, if you believe that Jospeph Viglione is being sinful when he lies, mistreats people, anonymously calls their place of employment in an attempt to get them fired, sues them in retaliation for their standing up to his and actions against them; and you tell Mr Viglione of your beliefs, he will make that you are the one harassing him - he will retaliate against you. And if you doubt us, then we challenge you to find just ONE person who has publicly spoken out against Mr Vigione's misdeeds that he has NOT done any of this to. You will NOT be able to find this person, because against everyone who speaks out against him. If he is not , then he is surley in Satan's thrall!

Any way the wind blows for long-in-the-tooth Public Access producer Joseph Viglione
The non-paid "journalist" known as Joseph Viglione (A.K.A. the Tortious Interference Baby) has spent more hours at City Council meetings than most local residents. While at home on our comfortable couches watching TV16, we have witnessed the slimy way that Joseph Viglione watches how the other councillors react before he spouts his lies. He's not a man of principle, he's an individual with a huge ego that one Medford resident said disrupted a funeral at a Medford church this past year. It is alleged Viglione was in Smeer Tactics-Mode at that church service and should have shut his mouth instead of babbling during a solemn moment... solemn for the other residents, but not for no-conscience Joe.
FACT:
Did you know that local resident feels the need to raise the issue of a lawsuit against City Government whenever he wants to to speak? He is absolutely spineless. Doesn't Joe Viglione utilize the airwaves of TV 16 to promote himself during every speech he makes?
On February 8, 2011 BoB Maiocco allowed the sleazy host of the informercial television program (all his guests are on a publicity junket to hawk their latest book, movie, CD compilation - whatever) Visual Radio to rant and lie about a hard-working Medford resident who had recently won (and was later acknowledged for) a prestigious National award.
It was ultra-creepy as the host of Visual Radio, Joe Viglione, was exposed at a previous council meeting for misleading a special needs person to abandon his true friends and pledge his allegiance to this visually embarrassing man right there on live TV. The "Visual Radio" man's show was pulled from Medford's cable channel when the sponsor of the banned producer's show no longer felt comfortable sponsoring it. To Mr. Viglione he gave as his reason the "complicated & intrusive submission form" that he had to sign, yet this is the same form that Mr. Viglione's sponsor for Somerville cable's TV3 fills out every year! It is interesting to note that when the sponsor first agreed to submit Visual Radio for cableplay on TV3 Medford, he remarked to the staff that he fully expected to be sued by Mr Viglione within a year; he dropped sponsorship of the show within 8 months of starting it.
Judging by the way they let him speak on & on without chiming in, one can only conclude that most of the councilors are frightened of the terrorist, Joe Viglione, whose thug-like tactics have been aimed squarely at Gary Zappelli. Breanna Lungo-Koehn, Councilor Robert Penta (who calls Zappelli and his friends "sick" yet is afraid to say anything to Joe) and former councilor Stephanie Muccini-Burke; all once champions of Mr Viglione and his "cause"; now sit therre mute as he stands there at the podium speaking. He lied to the council on February 8th, 2011 claiming falsely that TV3 President attacks the memory of Pat Fiorello.
But Bob Maiocco allowed Viglione the chance to refer to a Medford resident in vulgar and libelous terms, claiming the person brave enough to take the mud Viglione throws was to be likened to a libellor; which is ironic, since that is exactly what Mr Viglione is - a libeller. We have the court documents to prove it! Viglione also libels the popular ZappTV talk show host he is envious of; writing lies on the internet that he is stealing his "copyrighted material". Well if it's actually under copyright Mr. Viglione, then how about producing the Library of Congress number assigned to it so that we may check it out on the Government website for ourselves! Viglione is a sociopath and menace to public safety in Medford, lying in a court of law as liberally as he lies to the City Council about his many accomplishments. The City Council either enables the rumored sex offender (did you hear the stories about what he demanded from young bands he once managed?) or they are afraid of him. Either way, The Council's bad judgment and/or cowardice has led to Tuesday after boring Tuesday of TV16 viewers changing the channel in disgust. Do you suppose this is the reason the TV16 playback system "broke down"... so that their remaining viewers will not have to endure reruns of this man's disgusting tirades?

We have it on good authority from reliable witness-victims that when he is relating the incidents of their encounters with him, Mr. Viglione will accuse these poor victims of saying and/or doing things that Joe himself has actually said/done. It's the honest truth. So using this "truth translator" and applying it to these accusations, one will have revealed to them what has actually transpired. When he is speaking in hateful terms of others, Joe is actually confessing to his own feelings of self worthlessness.
Take this passage for example: "Clearly the most vulgar and possibly the most hated man in Medford, Gary Zappelli." Running this through our "Truth Translator" we get. "Clearly the most vulgar and possibly the most hated man in Medford, Joseph Viglione." The truth of the matter is that in 2009 one judge Gailey, in reaching his decision upon hearing a lawsuit against Mr Viglione, stated in a physical document (which is a matter of public record) that Mr. Viglione made a statement that was "vile and disgusting" and "phrased almost beyond belief". Now, to my knowledge, no judge ever wrote in a public record any such statement about Gary Zappelli. So I ask you to be the judge; who would you find to be more vulgar, someone about whom a judge has said made a vile and digusting statement phrased almost beyond belief or someone about whom no judge ever made that statement?
Now for an example of an actual event: "a former member wrote an AFFIDAVIT of Sarno and others engaged in a conspiracy" appears on Mr Viglione's blog. Here Mr. Viglione is talking about a Mr. John Byers as the "former member" so let's restate that using proper names to get: "John Byers wrote an AFFIDAVIT of Sarno and others engaged in a conspiracy." Running that through the "Truth Translator" we get "Joseph Viglione wrote an AFFIDAVIT of Sarno and others engaged in a conspiracy." Which is exactly what he did. Joe Viglione wrote this affidavit, putting John Byer's name to it and then had John Byers sign his own name to it without even having thoroughly read it at the time. It was not until some days later, after receiving a copy of the signed affidavit in the mail, that Mr Byers noticed in that statement phrases and descriptions that Mr Byers had not used. This affidavit was not accepted in court, but when Mr Byers gave his verbal testimony, the judge, after asking Mr Byers some questions about his testimony, was able to determine that it was arrived at by Mr Byers hearing Mr. Viglione's account of what had allegedly transpired, not by Mr Byers witnessing of any actual, factual events. She was able to determine that Mr Sarno did not engage in conspiracy. Upon typing this it comes to my mind that, depending on the legal definition of "conspiracy", it is possible that Mr Viglione himself engaged in conspiracy when he manufactured that Affidavit!
The above example actually illustrates another of Mr Viglione's deceptive communication ploys. Since Mr Viglione once was a member of TV3 Medford and then left it in late 2002/early 2003 (and we have an e-mail from him at that time stating that he is no longer a part of TV3 and therefore could not be suspended) and is now banned and therefore not currently a member; his blog posting of "a former member wrote an AFFIDAVIT of Sarno and others engaged in a conspiracy." is actually true if one considers the "former member" to be Mr Viglione himself. However, taking the entire posted paragraph (something I am not going to bother to do here), it is phrased to make a reasonable person conclude that Mr Viglione is speaking of a person other than himself.
These are just two examples. If you have the desire to (although I do not imagine why anyone would have this desire), you can go back to his blogs and use this translator to discover the true truth. More worthwhile would be to just remember this and apply the "Truth Translator" whenever you encounter any of Joseph Viglione's blogs, e-mails, LOC's (LOC="letter of comment" for those not in the know) City Council orations etc. to obtain the actual, true, truth. Better yet, just ignore him - why bother to pay any creedance to it at all, really.
